About the role  

As Digital Design Advisor, you’re an expert at taking a complex brief, teasing out the requirements, and delivering an end-to-end digital experience that meets the needs of the business and delights the user. Through the development and maintenance of our consumer-facing digital platforms, you will help drive outcomes across our residential, home care, healthcare and hospital portfolios.

This role reports to the Digital Manager, and is part of the in-house creative studio consisting of digital specialists, designers and content creators. You will work closely with the wider marketing and consumer experience team to accelerate HammondCare’s goal of shaping the sector and improving the quality of life for people in need.

This is a permanent full time role with hybrid working opportunities based at our contemporary offices at St Leonards.

Key Responsibilities include

  • Lead digital project delivery, owning the vision and execution for digital builds – from whole websites to single landing pages, email templates and digital enquiry pipelines.
  • Work closely with marketing and business stakeholders to ensure digital projects are delivered on time, on brief and on budget.
  • Develop user experience wireframes, prototypes and design documents, and translate these designs into conversion-driven websites and marketing emails.
  • Support paid media specialist in setting up campaign tracking and reporting through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Work with the consumer experience team to better understand the user, their needs and goals, and improve existing processes and platforms to meet these goals.
  • Offer strategic advice and build support on email marketing campaigns, internal email communications and automated lead nurture campaigns.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of HammondCare’s marketing CRM through data collection, audience segmentation and adherence to data privacy requirements.
  • Work within established project management frameworks, while also looking out for ways to improve our processes to work more efficiently and effectively.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of documentation to ensure the accuracy, repeatability and standardisation of key processes.
  • Actively promote safe work practices in the workplace during all activities consistent with HammondCare’s policies and comply with all WH&S legislation, policies and procedures. 

About You  

  • At least 2 years demonstrated experience in a digital marketing or web development role, with strong user experience design fundamentals and experience building websites with HubSpot or a similar CMS
  • You have an eye for the needs of the user in everything you do
  • Experience leading project delivery from brief to build, preferably within an agency or team environment
  • Hands-on experience handling customer data in a CRM such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • Experience with Figma or other wireframing / prototyping tools
  • Good understanding of digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics, with knowledge of website tagging for digital campaign reporting a bonus
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
  • An analytical problem-solver with good decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
