• Lead and inspire a high-energy team to deliver outstanding customer service

• Drive store performance by hitting targets and creating exceptional shopping experiences

• Manage daily operations – from stock and safety to visual merchandising and rostering

• Problem-solve on the fly – keeping things running smoothly no matter what the day throws at you

• Previous experience leading a retail team in a high-volume environment
