We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Talent Advisor to join our People & Culture team to support our exciting national growth and expansion strategy.

Reporting to the Talent Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for delivering high-volume, end-to-end recruitment campaigns, ensuring we open every new store with a full and capable team. You will partner closely with Store Operations, Store Development and People and Culture to align recruitment timelines with store rollout schedules helping bring our stores to life in new communities across the country.

This is a full-time role based at our Kensington office, with hybrid flexibility (3 days in office / 2 days WFH).

What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • Driving end-to-end recruitment for all new store openings across Australia
  • Owning high-volume campaigns to ensure all critical roles are filled before launch
  • Partnering with key teams to align hiring timelines with store rollout plans
  • Leading attraction strategies, interviews, and candidate experience
  • Tracking key metrics and keeping stakeholders informed every step of the way
  • Building talent pools and market insights to stay ahead of future growth and expansion

What You’ll Bring:

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment, ideally in retail or multi-site environments
  • Strong planning and collaboration skills – you thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings
  • A confident communicator who delivers an outstanding candidate experience
  • A proactive, organised approach and passion for finding great talent
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems like PageUp (or quick to learn!)
