The Reject Shop was recently acquired by Dollarama, a leading global value retailer, with an ambitious growth and transformation plan for our business. As such, we are looking for a strategic and commercially minded Head of Commercial Finance to lead our Commercial Finance team.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer and partnering closely with the Executive Team, this is a key role that will drive our financial planning, performance reporting, and commercial decision-making.

As Head of Commercial Finance, you will:

• Lead our financial planning and analysis, business partnering and commercial analysis functions
• Partner with senior leaders to drive business performance and growth
• Deliver clear, actionable insights through robust reporting and financial modelling
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Support investment decisions, strategic projects, and capital planning
• Build and coach a high-performing team of finance professionals

What you will bring:

• 10+ years’ experience in commercial finance, with retail or multi-site exposure preferred
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders with data and insight
• Strong leadership and team development capability
• Advanced financial modelling and planning skills
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach
• Degree in Accounting, Finance or Commerce; CPA/CA/CFA preferred
