As such, we are looking for commercially minded and relationship-driven Leasing Executive to join our Property team

This is a dynamic role focused on negotiating favourable lease terms, supporting our store renewal and conversion program, and helping us optimise our national store network. Reporting to the SVP – Property, you will work closely with landlords and internal teams to deliver great outcomes that support our long-term success.

As Leasing Executive, you will:

• Negotiate lease renewals and store conversions to support long-term growth and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlord partners across our store network
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Finance, Legal, and Store Operations
• Prepare and present lease proposals for Property Committee and Board approval
• Conduct market research and financial analysis to support commercial decision-making
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction across the property portfolio
• Support store fit outs and refurbishments in collaboration with project teams

What you will bring:

• 5+ years’ experience in retail leasing or a similar property-focused role
• A strong understanding of commercial leasing terms and the Retail Leases Act
• Proven ability to negotiate effectively and manage complex lease discussions
• Commercial acumen with experience conducting financial assessments
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality documentation
