As part of this journey, we’re looking for a hands-on and collaborative System Engineer to join our Technology team.

In this role, you’ll work alongside two other System Engineers to support The Reject Shop’s core infrastructure, ensuring stability, performance, and scalability across our environment. You’ll also provide technical support to our Cyber Analyst, contributing to security initiatives and infrastructure hardening.

As a System Engineer, you will:

• Support and maintain TRS infrastructure across server, network, and endpoint environments

• Collaborate with fellow engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement improvements

• Provide technical assistance to the Cyber Analyst on security-related initiatives

• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential risks

• Assist with documentation, patching, and operational support tasks

• Contribute to infrastructure projects and continuous improvement efforts

What you will bring:

• Experience in system engineering or infrastructure support within enterprise environments

• Strong understanding of Windows Server, networking, and endpoint management

• Ability to work collaboratively in a small, agile team

• Exposure to cybersecurity practices or willingness to learn

• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

• Experience in retail or distributed environments is a plus
