We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on ESG Lead to join our Finance team and drive our environmental, social and governance roadmap.

In this role, you’ll lead the development and execution of ESG strategies, reporting, and initiatives across the business. You’ll work closely with senior leaders, internal teams, and external stakeholders to embed ESG principles into our operations and ensure compliance with evolving standards.

As an ESG Lead, you will:

  • Develop and implement ESG strategies aligned with company goals

  • Prepare ESG reports including Modern Slavery Statements and packaging compliance

  • Monitor and report on ESG performance metrics such as carbon emissions and sustainability indicators

  • Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders on ESG matters

  • Lead ESG risk assessments and due diligence processes

  • Support integration of ESG metrics into financial planning and analysis

  • Track market disclosures and align with industry best practices

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in ESG, sustainable finance, or related fields

  • Strong knowledge of ESG frameworks including ISSB, AASB, and TCFD

  • Experience working in dynamic, cross-functional environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Ability to interpret and communicate both financial and non-financial ESG data

  • A proactive mindset and passion for sustainability and ethical sourcing

What we can offer you:

  • Inclusive and collaborative team culture

  • A flat, fast-paced business where every idea matters

  • Hybrid work model

  • Team Member discount of 15% for you and an immediate family member

  • Paid parental leave for primary and secondary caregivers

  • Employee Assistance Program – free and confidential support for you and your family
