As part of this transformation, we’re looking for a commercially minded and analytically driven Commercial Finance Business Partner to join our Finance team.

In this role, you’ll partner with key business units to deliver insights that drive performance, improve cost governance, and support strategic decision-making. You’ll play a critical role in monthly reporting, forecasting, and identifying opportunities for operational efficiency across merchandise, supply chain, and property.

As a Commercial Finance Business Partner, you will:

• Deliver insights to improve business performance across merchandise, operations, supply, and property
• Identify and lead ‘deep dive’ analysis to uncover cost-saving opportunities
• Support the monthly reporting and forecasting process, including full P&L reviews
• Rationalise costs and improve financial governance
• Communicate financial performance clearly to stakeholders
• Promote and lead by example in workplace health and safety compliance

What you will bring:

• Degree in Accounting and CPA/CA qualification
• Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
• Working knowledge of accounting standards and relevant legislation
• Experience in retail or a fast-paced commercial environment (desirable)
