About the Role
The Administration and Attendance Officer plays a crucial role in shaping the first impressions of our school, serving as the initial point of contact for students, parents, and visitors alike. Positioned at the heart of the school’s daily administration activities, this position reports directly to and collaborates closely with the Principal to ensure a welcoming and efficient front office environment.
With responsibilities ranging from managing phone calls and emails, to assisting with administrative tasks, and providing support to students and staff, the Front Office Administrator is vital in maintaining an organised and positive atmosphere within the school. Daily tasks include:

Answering phones and directing calls

Reception – greeting students, parents and community – answering queries or directing queries

First aid to students and staff as required
-
Attending to first aid emergencies around the school

General administration duties
-
Support to school staff as required
-
Duties around the school as required

We are looking for someone who is able to address the following selection criteria:

A professional and personable disposition (in person and via telephone)

Ability to work in a team environment and multitask

Current First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)

Excellent communication skills

Excellent computer skills

Experience in a similar role

Good time management and organisational skills

Hold a current drivers licence
