Salary Range: $101,295 to $116,452 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation
About us
DHA was established in 1988 following passage of the Defence Housing Australia Act 1987 (DHA Act) to provide adequate and suitable housing for, and housing related services to, members of the Australian Defence Force (ADF) and their families. We remain committed to our purpose of providing housing, and housing related services, to ADF members and their families to support Defence’s operational needs.
DHA manages an expanding portfolio of housing solutions and provides housing for over 17,200 ADF members and their families and has an opportunity for an experienced Test Analyst to join the team.
About your team
Business Solutions and Technology (BS&T) are responsible for all software related business analysis, business solutions, in-house software development, telephony, IT Services and Infrastructure. We deliver business as usual activities and innovation driven initiatives that provide efficiencies to the broader organisation. This role reports to the Testing Team Manager within Business Solutions and Technology (BS&T).
BS&T is currently working through the Technology Refresh program which involves the commissioning of many new systems and services and ensures that DHA remains relevant for many years to come. The Testing Team’s role is to analyse and test new and existing IT systems to support the business using appropriate standards, methodologies and toolsets.

DHA is seeking an experienced Test Analyst to provide expert advice and assistance to system users, investigate complex issues, determine the business impact, and recommend solutions. The role involves applying a proactive approach to build effective relationships with stakeholders across the organisation.
