Come and join Sunwater as an Executive Assistant where you will be responsible for day-to-day executive support to the Executive General Manager, Engineering and Water Resources. In addition, you will perform selected administrative functions in support of the broader business unit. This is a leadership position within Sunwater, with two direct reports. Additional key responsibilities include:-
- Manage the Executive's schedule, meetings, travel, and address potential issues impacting activities.
- Oversee the preparation of briefing materials, coordinate Board reports, and track follow-up actions.
- Handle enquiries, correspondence, and redirect as needed, ensuring appropriate actions on behalf of the Executive.
- Communicate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders on a wide variety of enquires, while maintaining confidentiality and effective relationships.
We are seeking a driven, proactive and self-motivated individual who has exceptional organisational and time management skills, capable of effortlessly managing diverse and competing priorities. With 3-4 years of experience in a comparable role, you will excel at balancing the responsibilities of the position while effectively overseeing and delegating tasks within the team. An Advanced Diploma in Business Administration would be highly advantageous. In addition, you will have the following skills: -
- Strong Communication – High level communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Leadership – Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to mentor, inspire, and guide the team to achieve objectives while delivering comprehensive support to the business unit.
- Technical – Proficiency in financial and accounting systems, spreadsheets, and database software.
This is a full-time opportunity and at Sunwater, we have a genuine emphasis on work/life balance and to ensure you are well-rewarded for your dedication and hard work, this role is a standard 38hr week and offers an attractive base salary starting at $97,421.48, plus 12.75% superannuation, plus 17.5% leave loading.
