Under the direction of the Complex Warden, the Deputy Warden will serve as an administrator of a unit with 400 inmates or less within an institution. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading and developing diverse groups of staff, progressive administrative experience in managing inmate populations, monitoring and directing unit operations, security, inmate programming, and be responsible for ensuring the unit applies modern correctional practices. |
