The Accounting Intern will assist the accounting department with various tasks, including but not limited to, collections through phone calls, email, and letters for business services filings for the AZ Secretary of State.

Knowledge of:
- General legal collection case management, procedures and processes.
- Machines and technology used within an office and collection environments.
- Investigative and research techniques
Skill in:
- Proficient in the use of a PC in a Windows environment; in the use of the Internet; in the use of MS Office Applications such as Outlook, Word and Excel,
- Authoring original letters, e-mail and other correspondence and communication with accuracy, professionalism, and clarity
Ability to:
- Obtain desired results working independently and using advanced problem-solving skills
- Speak in a professional, articulate, and concise manner with all interested parties
