The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology (ASET) division, is seeking an experienced and dynamic "Telecommunication Expense Program Manager - IT" to join our Enterprise Infrastructure and Communications team. In this pivotal role, you will manage several of the State's critical managed services contracts, including Telecommunications Expense Management and AZNET. You’ll leverage your expertise to conduct in-depth audits, perform comprehensive data analytics, oversee accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP), and deliver exceptional customer support, resolving billing and outstanding contract issues with precision.
