The Utilities Division recommends thoroughly researched, sound regulatory policy and rate recommendations to the Commissioners, based on a balanced analysis of the benefits and impacts on all stakeholders and consistent with the public interest. We are looking for a skilled administrator to join our team.
You will be a part of a team in processing incoming staff reports, testimonies, Open Meeting items, Memos and Letters from division staff. Processing these documents requires special formatting, routing, editing, copying, and submitting to Docket Control for posting and is a significant requirement of the job. You will rotate coverage of the Utilities Division front desk which includes answering phones and routing calls, greeting incoming visitors, routing incoming mail, and operating standard office equipment. You may complete daily mail delivery on behalf of the Utilities Division and maintain and file all Consumer Service Section's complaints. You will also prepare, process, route, file, scan and post all tariffs and assist customers in locating and copying tariffs. You will provide administrative assistance to all other division sections, provide backup for your team members, the Executive Director Executive Assistant, and Executive Assistant in the Commission Wing as necessary.
- Extensive abilities in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
