The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is looking for an
ambitious professional ready to jump-start a rewarding career! The ideal candidate will be
responsible for performing administrative and general office duties, time keeper/payroll and maintaining accurate documentation as directed by a supervisor or administrator. If this is your call, apply now and join our team!
- Prepares files for both incoming/outgoing accepted transfer requests by printing and
creating files to track offenders/inmates released
- Maintains and archives master files in secure locations and / or electronically
- Creates, tracks and maintains data bases for ISC application fees, citizenship status,
departure/arrival notices and issuance of ADCRR numbers and incoming offenders
- Reviews and responds mail/ emails received for the ISC unit
- Assists in providing technical support to staff for ICOTS and ICAOS rules
- Assists and responds to telephone inquiries from ADCRR staff, criminal justice
agencies, members of the public, and other Interstate Compact offices nationwide
- Processes and prepares documents from law enforcement agencies associated with
the Interstate Agreement
- Reviews transfer request documents from private prisons prior to completing the
entry of data into the ICOTS system
- Reviews ICOTS reports for compliance of time line processes
- Reports deficiencies to the ISC Supervisor or the state of non-compliance given
established office practices
- Prepares files for review
- Other duties as assigned as related to the position
- Drives on State business
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment

Employment is contingent on the selected applicant passing a background investigation, drug test.

If this position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job, then the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver’s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver’s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver’s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
