Position will remain open until filled.
This position will perform the primary OIG Administration function and processing of incoming referrals. Perform a variety of complex administrative tasks for the Inspector General, Assistant Chiefs, Supervisors, and staff for the Office of Inspector General. Assist with developing and working with complex spreadsheets, compile reports, organizing documents, and interacting with AHCCCS members and providers.
Major duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Process incoming and outgoing mail, scan and organize confidential documents, answer OIG Fraud Hotline, manage evidence room, maintain office supply levels, coordinate in-office activities with remote staff, process subpoenas and certified mail.
• Process Fraud Referrals & Update OIG Data Bases. Access System Mainframes and Data Bases to obtain reports and information needed for investigations in PMMIS, Docuware, Kiteworks, SMART, and FREDS Case management systems.
• Run the following reports: CLEAR, MVD, Experian, Equifax/Work Number, ACJIS, HEAPlus, Pulselight, ONBASE, TLO, DNP.
• Maintain daily, monthly, metrics logs and Participate in scheduled Huddle Board meetings.
• Monitor and provide access to secured OIG office area.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): |
Knowledge:
• AHCCCS policies and procedures, which also includes investigative and audit policies
• AHCCCS Fraud, Waste, and abuse policies and statutes
• OIG Fraud Prevention Unit and it's process
• Project management and control
Skills:
• Locating and summarizing state statutes, rules and regulations
• Use of MS Office, Google Suite, word processing, or comparable software program
• Accessing PMMIS data related to medical services and AHCCCS providers
• Data Entry
Abilities:
• Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
• Organize and prioritize assignments, effectively and efficiently
• Multi-task and remain flexible as workload shifts
• Meet deadlines
Minimum:
• Three years of responsible administrative experience equivalent to the Administrative Assistant II level of working in Program Integrity, Health Care Program Compliance Office and/or Investigative/law enforcement Organizations.
Preferred:
• Five years of responsible administrative experience showing progressive ownership over tasks equivalent to the Administrative Assistant II level of working in Program Integrity, Health Care Program Compliance Office and or Investigative/law enforcement Organizations.

• Travel may be required for State business. Employees who drive on state business must complete any required driver training (see Arizona Administrative Code R2-10-207.12.)
