Salary: $40,000 - $57,540
Salary commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Programs Administrator, this position will provide administrative support for the Asset Management and Rental divisions. Other duties as assigned.

Under the direct supervision of the Sr. Programs Administrator, this position will provide administrative support for the Asset Management and Rental divisions. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: performing a variety of administrative tasks associated with contract file set up, maintenance, and close outs; preparing purchase orders, including researching and recommending purchases; organizing, copying and distributing, both internally and externally, a variety of materials; preparing materials for record keeping and auditing purposes; overseeing file maintenance for division files and public records, including rotating, inventorying, preparing for destruction or removal for Archiving or storage purposes; fulfilling public records requests; reviewing fraud alerts; data entry into Department systems; preparing mailings for the division and mail distribution; scheduling meetings, reserving rooms, and handling associated meeting tasks for both in-house and outside meetings, including scheduling and setting up webinars and teleconferences; providing administrative support to training sessions and workshops hosted by the division, including the compilation and/or ordering of all associated materials, communicating with and arranging for speakers and trainers, and handling on-site logistical and registration support; and other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs): |
The highest qualified candidates will have a strong knowledge of standard administrative office practices and procedures; business correspondence formatting; proper grammar, spelling and punctuation; proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; proficient in Google Workspace. The candidate must be receptive and adaptable to changes and use professional interpersonal skills when communicating with stakeholders, co-workers and supervisors. Some desirable characteristics are a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and motivation to provide excellent work product.
