The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking an experienced Administrative Specialist (Program Project Specialist II) to collaborate under the direct supervision of the Engineering and Facilities Bureau (EFB) Administrator, for record keeping, filing, preparing and editing correspondence, file generation, and applicable documentation associated with administrative need for the EFB Administrator and other Bureau staff. This position is also responsible for providing administrative support for Fleet Services, Central Office Maintenance and the Safety Environmental Units.

- Manages, prepares, tracks, and revises EFB building renewal and various other related budgets
- Completes purchases for construction and building renewal budget
- Conducts, researches, and prepares operational reports (Personnel, Audit/Finance, etc.)
- Gathers and compiles materials for special projects for Bureau Staff
- Serves as timekeeper for the Bureau
- Serves as the Inventory Control Custodian for the Bureau
- Drives on State business
- Performs other duties appropriate to the assignment
