The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) General Services Division (GSD) is seeking a skilled Construction Procurement Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the strategic procurement needs of the State Procurement Office (SPO) and GSD, which are critical to the execution of key contracts and projects for both internal and external state agencies. The successful candidate will work closely with various departments, including Planning and Construction Services (PCS) and Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOAM), to procure services that align with strategic goals and objectives. The position involves evaluating vendors, negotiating contract terms, and ensuring compliance with Arizona Procurement Code statutes and policies, particularly in construction and design services. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of construction methods and best practices, be adept at using data analytics for cost assessment, and possess strong negotiation skills. This is a dynamic opportunity for a strategic thinker who can effectively respond to challenges and operate with minimal supervision while delivering results that matter for state projects.
