| Under the supervision of the Individual and Family Affairs Manager, this position will work with the OIFA Team to develop and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders to promote recovery, resiliency, and wellness throughout Arizona. The role is responsible for expanding and enhancing credentialed family support services through policy design, and implementation in collaboration with community members and the OIFA Alliance. The position uses data and feedback from community members, and partners to assess needs, identify barriers, and recommend system improvement. As a member of the OIFA team, this role will be assigned various projects to manage from planning through completion, ensuring deliverables are timely, high-quality, and aligned with OIFA's mission. |

| The Arizona Department of Juvenile Corrections (ADJC) comprises various professionals located throughout the state in our central office, secure care facility, and regional community corrections offices. The ADJC, along with its dedicated professionals, are responsible for young people who are committed to its jurisdiction by county juvenile courts, as well as the administration of the Interstate Commission for Juveniles. Our agency is committed to promoting public safety by providing effective evidence-based rehabilitation for young people with multiple needs, including mental health and medical care. This includes providing developmentally appropriate treatment, pro-social activities, and education and career training. Through collaboration with various partners, we ensure continuity of these services for young people as they transition back to their communities. The ADJC monitors the various outcomes and impacts of these services, including reductions in recidivism.
