What You'll Do:
This position manages our enterprise reporting and analytics unit. This role uses data to produce reports, extract files, create and manage dashboards, and perform impact analyses that inform the agency’s decision-making and policy development. The manager will oversee dashboard and reporting development and maintenance, Federal and State reporting, including grants, proactively engages with leadership, and participates in data stewardship, data governance activities. |

The Department of Economic Security is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Training Officer 2 who will develop agency-wide training curriculum for the Department employees. This role includes designing, implementing, and evaluating course materials that meet industry standards and Department goals. The Training Officer collaborates with leadership on training and development, coordinates computer-based training, and identifies ongoing training needs through assessments, surveys, and consultations with subject matter experts (SMEs). Additionally, the officer establishes educational goals, creates curriculum, instructor guides, produces audio and visual materials for training initiatives.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meetings of expected performance measures.
