| This position is the only secretarial position to support a unit consisting of: 1 supervisor - HSUS, 7 case managers (Human Services Specialist III, and one Claims Specialist. This is a very busy, high caseload volume unit, which services Pima, Pinal, as well as 5 other Southern counties for the Post-Permanency Supports Program, formerly known as Adoption & Guardianship Subsidy. This receptionist/clerical position provides a public-facing assistant to the calls received and the walk-in clients as well. There are data entry tasks expected as well as monitoring and contact with field case managers regarding guardianship subsidy applications. This person receives and distributes the US mail, scanning items and uploading when appropriate. |

| This position will analyze rental development proposals to determine their financial feasibility and the extent to which they require financing. This position will analyze rental proposals using ADOH’s financial spreadsheet model (for cash flow, gap analysis) and by reviewing development budgets, operating proformas, partnership agreements, appraisals, market demand studies, capital needs assessments, equity commitments, private financing, and developer capacity. Other duties as assigned.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. Must have the ability to commute and utilize our Phoenix office hoteling space as needed. |

| Performs individual and group therapy with individuals with a sexual offense history, who have been identified as Sexually Violent Persons and civilly committed to Arizona Community Protection and Treatment Center (ACPTC). Participates in resident treatment groups by developing group curricula, facilitating group therapy sessions, and documenting resident treatment progress. Screens, interviews, and conducts assessments and evaluations, ensuring accurate data collection. Performs risk assessments, provides emergency interventions, and issues clinical orders as appropriate. Engages in case presentations and multidisciplinary staffing, develops and reviews treatment plans for compliance, identifies resident needs, and establishes goals and objectives. Designs, implements, and evaluates group programs. Writes and reviews progress notes for compliance, and evaluates reports, treatment summaries, and recommendations regarding changes in resident placement. Participates in committees as assigned. Participates in classification decisions and may provide clinical oversight in absence of ACPTC Clinical Director, may provide supervision to psychology interns/students. |

The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a master chef or bakery production specialist who can drive a team of workforce professionals. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operation of an Arizona Correctional Industries (ACI) bakery. Supervises, when necessary. Ensures the accuracy of all incoming or outgoing products or materials. Inventory management of raw and finished goods and all operational support equipment. Communicates accurate data, both verbal and written, on the status of operations as required by management. Controls and maintains all safety regulations and quality assurance programs. Enforces daily sanitation and security practices in accordance with ADCRR policies, procedures, and best practices.
