Ready to put your trade skills and leadership to work in public service? The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a Physical Plant Supervisor I to help keep its facilities safe, reliable, and running smoothly.
You’ll lead and direct inmate work crews while coordinating a wide range of maintenance and repair work. From reading blueprints and preparing material take-offs, cost estimates, and bid specifications to managing tools, equipment, and preventive maintenance assignments, your work will make a difference every day.
You’ll also take on hands-on projects and repairs across multiple trades, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, welding, painting, masonry, and heating and cooling. Along the way, you’ll attend meetings, guide your crew, and bring responsible leadership to essential work.

One (1) year of experience equivalent to a Building Maintenance Specialist, or two (2) years equivalent to a Building Maintenance Technician II, or any combination of training and experience
