The Arizona Department of Administration is actively recruiting HVAC Tech for the General Services Division (GSD). This position is necessary to help the Facilities Operations and Maintenance (FOAM) section of the General Services Division (GSD) manage a very heavy and complex industrial HVAC workload for ADOA managed space. This managed space consists of more than 2 million square feet located in complexes in the phoenix area and Tucson. The HVAC Tech will be expected to explore and seek out any opportunities for improving equipment performance and longevity and must be able to work in a team environment and demonstrate excellent customer service skills. This position will be required to work day/night shift and some weekends.
- Certification for refrigerant recovery (EPA Universal Certification)
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Offers are contingent upon successful completion of all background and reference checks, required documents and, if applicable, a post-offer medical/physical evaluation
