The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a very professional multitasker to provide administrative support and works under the supervision of the Community Corrections Unit Supervisor.
The Administrative Assistant III will be responsible for monitoring all upcoming releases of registerable sex offenders, adjusting release dates as needed per ongoing time computation calculations. This position also ensures accurate database entries into the Sex Offender Registration Management System (SORMS) acting as the main liaison at our Community Corrections Unit.

- Registration of Sex Offenders released from the custody of ADCRR
- Tracks, logs, and documents all relevant information pursuant to ARS 13-3821
- Completes daily law enforcement notifications for released of registerable sex offenders
- Ensures synopsis information and risk assessment details are entered into SORMS pursuant to ARS 13-3825
- Reviews arrest list and makes appropriate entries in SORMS, National Crime Information Center (NCIC), Google Sheets, and Arizona Correctional Information System (ACIS) for violators subject to SOCU review
- Files, tracks, montores and moves digital files and information regarding changes to release status of sex offenders pending release from ADCRR or returning to custody due to violations
- Answers phone calls, disperses mail, responds to email requests, and attends meetings as they pertain to SOCU
- Additional duties may include: filling, file retrieval, hard file digitalization, report requests, and other requests or special projects as required for the unit
- Processes incoming sex offender packets, tracks, logs, and saves all relevant information in ACIS, Google Sheets, and network drive
- Distributes mail and special projects as assigned
- Drives on State business
