The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Division of Business and Finance, seeks a skilled Accountant II to deliver professional accounting services for the Health Insurance Trust and Employee Benefits Trust funds. In this vital role, you will manage the full cycle of accounts receivable, including meticulous recording and tracking of billings and adjustments, as well as the preparation and entry of daily cash receipts, encompassing the opening and logging of incoming checks, creation of daily CR files, and scanning checks for deposit. Your responsibilities will also extend to processing account vendor payments and performing essential daily, bi-weekly, and monthly reconciliations. As a collaborative team member, you will take on a leadership role by guiding and mentoring accounting interns. Also process updates to HRIS for active members.
