• This position provides high-level administration support to the Associate Superintendent covering the following four sections: Exceptional Student Services, Career and Technical Education, Health and Nutrition, and Adult Education.
• Occasional in-state travel is required for this position.
Candidates should apply with an ability and willingness to work in-office up to five days per week as business needs necessitate.
• Performs administrative functions to include managing incoming calls, calendar, meeting scheduling, maintaining records, and attending meetings as needed
• Work in high-level, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Maintain the highest degree of confidentiality and decision-making judgment
• Coordinate extensive travel arrangements
• Interact with other executive staff members and high-level external stakeholders
• Draft letters and memos, compile reports, and produce meeting minutes
• Prepare and coordinate conference rooms for in-house meetings for the Associate Superintendent and stakeholders, including visual aids, telephones, whiteboards etc.

• A bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience to substitute for the degree, is required.
