Join the Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Enterprise Resource Planning Division as a Business Analyst and play a vital role in optimizing the state's financial and HR operations.
We're seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to contribute to the enhancement and support of Arizona's statewide accounting and HR system. In this role, you'll be instrumental in streamlining business processes and translating complex requirements into clear, actionable plans. You'll collaborate with agencies to resolve system issues, ensuring smooth and efficient financial operations across the state. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive test plans, creating detailed documentation, and providing functional expertise to developers during system enhancements. You'll also contribute to the design, upgrade, and implementation of system modules, including the development of policies, procedures, and training materials. As a key member of our team, you'll provide development and analysis for AZ360 and other supported systems, working closely with users and team members to define system specifications. You'll assist in maintaining system configurations, providing user support, and delivering training through various mediums, including virtual classrooms and computer-based training. Furthermore, you'll support communication efforts between the Enterprise Resource Planning Division and its customers, contributing to the development and maintenance of online resources and electronic forms.
