The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Director's Office is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join its leadership team as the Chief Legislative Liaison. This pivotal role serves as a key government liaison and policy advisor, representing and leading the department's engagement with the state legislature, executive entities, and other governmental agencies on critical policy and legislative priorities. Under the direct guidance of the Deputy Director, the Chief Legislative Liaison will be responsible for planning, directing, and managing the department's legislative interests. Duties include tracking legislation across eight divisions, preparing leadership for legislative testimony, and representing the department at key meetings with the Governor's Office, the Joint Legislative Budget Committee (JLBC), and the Joint Committee on Capital Review (JCCR). The ideal candidate will also manage special projects, providing comprehensive research and strategic recommendations to the Director's Office to support departmental goals and initiatives.
