The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), State Procurement Office (SPO), is seeking a Compliance Manager to support the SPO team and serve the state of Arizona. This role is a key position that will help ensure the integrity and effectiveness of the state's procurement process.
This position requires a high level of ownership and a strong understanding of the Arizona Procurement Code. The Compliance Manager will have both strategic and tactical responsibilities, including managing the statewide procurement compliance program, promoting continuous improvement, and ensuring consistency in statewide procurement procedures.
You'll also be responsible for developing procurement rules, training materials, and standards, and you'll support the creation of statewide Technical Bulletins and Standard Procedures. A critical part of this role involves data analytics and reporting, along with a focus on communication and outreach to all agencies with delegated procurement authority.
