The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), within the Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology (ASET) Division, is seeking a skilled professional for the role of Cloud Operations Engineer. The Cloud Operations Engineer serves as the technical lead responsible for the daily support and management of the infrastructure and cloud platforms hosted by the Arizona Strategic Enterprise Technology Cloud Operations team. This pivotal role requires establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with both internal and external Statewide technical teams, as well as vendors. These collaborative partnerships are essential for managing critical services, including data center infrastructure, telecommunications, enterprise network connectivity, cloud management, service management operations, and information security. The successful candidate will drive the operational excellence and stability of Arizona's core technological environment.
