This position oversees the agency's training program by developing and implementing annual training plans for Executive Level Managers, supervisors and front-line staff. This is accomplished through the development of training curriculum using a combination of in class room facilitation and computer based training.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Create, manage, and execute trainings that include: New hire orientation, Supervisor Academy, all elements of the Arizona Management System, along with EEOC, FMLA, ADAAA and Travel.
● Establish and maintain employee training records utilizing the Tracorp learning management system (LMS) and/or AZLearns. Create reports on employee training attendance and completion.
● Manage the standard work program. Review documents for proper formatting, prepare documents for publication in SalesForce, and manage the annual review process.
● Review and track reimbursement requests associated with the Professional Development and Tuition Reimbursement program, and work with the Accounting division regarding the associated budget and funding requirements.

The ideal candidate for this position will have:
Bachelor's Degree in business or public administration or related field and 1 year experience in training. 4 or more years' experience in training or another related field may substitute for the Bachelor's degree.
