The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) is seeking a highly skilled and analytical Senior Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a primary subject matter expert, providing critical technical guidance and consultation for the AZ360 HRM modules. Your work will directly support key Business Units—including Human Resources, the General Accounting Office (Payroll), and the Benefit Services Division—as well as their diverse customer agencies across the state. By leveraging Transact Structured Query Language (TSQL) for sophisticated reporting and deep-dive analysis, you will ensure that the state’s financial and human capital systems remain robust and data-driven.
Collaboration is at the heart of this position, as you will partner closely with technical teams to spearhead development in security protocols, workflow automation, and module configuration. Your oversight will extend beyond AZ360 to include PageUp Recruiting and AZ Learns (CSOD), where you will monitor operating efficiency and drive system integrity. From testing new feature sets and interim containers to managing defect fixes and system enhancements, you will play a lead role in the software development lifecycle. Ultimately, you will act as a bridge between technical possibilities and agency needs, proactively suggesting customer-driven process improvements to modernize and streamline Arizona’s enterprise operations.
