This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the agency’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures.
Technical liaison for the H2O Program Administrator (PA). Responsible for all technical issues and the facilitation of resolution of these issues related to H2O as well as the facilitation of testing. Coordinate with the PA and their subcontractor in regard to all applicable technical systems including Recipient, Claims, Data Warehouse and Finance.
This position is funded by a grant and is contingent upon the availability of funding.
Major duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Performs life-cycle tasks regarding system testing; performs full-system life-cycle tasks including analysis, testing, documentation, and implementation for both new systems and for modification of existing systems. Performs User Acceptance Testing and/or Regression testing of automated system changes to ensure accuracy and thoroughness of expected output/outcome. Perform life-cycle tasks regarding Quality Assurance.
• Assist Business Users, MCOs and Vendors with technical support. Explain and/or train automated system changes. Coordinate; administer Provider, Member, EDI, Claims, and other subsystem technical support, which includes development and maintenance of technical documentation. Preparation of Test Plans.
• Research and analysis of system problems/issues, identified by Business Users, MCOs, and Vendors, document and recommend/ propose resolution (generate SSR). Uses knowledge of both the business area and applications to analyze impact of user requirements on programs; develops and executes system tests.
• Prepares documentation to support analysis, design and planning of projects.
• Attend various meetings; staff meetings, management meetings, meeting with programmers, etc.

Minimum:
• Any combination of training and experience that meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities (KSAs); typical ways KSAs are obtained may include but not limited to: relevant degree from an accredited college or university, related quality assurance certification(s), coursework, and work experience relevant to the assignment.
Preferred:
• Bachelor’s degree plus 2 – 5 years experience in quality assurance testing and analysis (or equivalent experience). Two years experience in full life-cycle software development, which includes requirement definition, analysis, design, coding, system testing, documentation & implementation. Certification may substitute for years of experience. Certifications or equivalents that would be considered: ISTQB, CAST, CSQA, or CSTE.
