Under general supervision, this Desktop Support Technician will have varied and complex technical assignments providing Level 2 support of the DCS local area and DCS Wide Area networks for the Desktop Support Team.
Note: This position requires employee to be in office 3 days a week.
This position requires driving as an essential job function. Employees must have and maintain a valid, class-appropriate driver’s license, complete required training, and pass all necessary record checks. A current, unexpired license—neither revoked nor suspended—is required. Those driving personal vehicles on state business must carry the required liability insurance (see A.A.C. R2-10-207.11). Acceptable driving records and completion of all driver training are mandatory.
Employees must secure and maintain an Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card and DCS Central Registry clearance.
Associate’s degree plus 1 – 3 years of experience in desktop support (or equivalent experience).
