The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Program Manager to direct the daily functional administration of Human Resources programs within the HRM module. In this critical role, you will focus on the meticulous management of system stability and data integrity, ensuring that the operational workflows supporting Arizona’s workforce remain seamless and reliable. As a leader of a developing team, you will be responsible for the accurate functioning of essential programs, including recruitment, personnel, position control, leave, performance management, payroll and payroll accounting management (PAM).
Serving as the primary HR Functional Lead, you will be the point of contact for troubleshooting system anomalies and overseeing the resolution of defects. Your expertise will be vital as you provide your team with technical guidance for testing and deploying new feature sets and enhancement requests, maintaining the high standards of a robust and evolving ERP environment.
