The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Division, is seeking a dedicated Intermediate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will provide essential operational subject matter and technical support for the AZ360 HRM modules, leveraging Transact Structured Query Language (TSQL) to deliver impactful reporting and data insights. Serving as a primary liaison between the Information Technology department and a key business unit, you will facilitate the seamless integration of technology and business processes to ensure organizational goals are met.
Working under general supervision, you will collaborate closely with technical teams to assist in AZ360 analysis, manage security workflow configurations, and monitor the operating efficiency of AZ360, PageUp, and CSOD modules. Your primary focus will be the execution of strategic solutions identified by Senior Business Analysts, where you will take a lead role in the construction and validation phases of the project life-cycle. The successful candidate will ensure that all system configurations remain strictly aligned with established agency business processes, contributing to the overall reliability and performance of our enterprise applications.
