The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA), Enterprise Resource Division (ERP) is seeking an analytical and collaborative Business Intelligence Analyst Intermediate to join its team. In this role, you will work closely with Information Technology teams and agency or project staff to gain a comprehensive understanding of the data landscape across various databases and applications. You will play a crucial part in translating complex business requirements into actionable, user-friendly reports and analytics, utilizing and developing robust data collection processes and business intelligence capabilities specifically tailored for the ADOA ERP Department's Power BI application. Additionally, you will assist in evaluating business requirements, priorities, and feasibility assessments, while developing use cases and user acceptance testing plans. A key component of this position involves defining key performance indicators and designing, developing, and documenting critical workflows, dashboards, alerts, reports, and user guides to support data-driven decision-making across the agency.
