This position assists with various functions across the IT department. The internship offers students hands-on work experience in collaboration, software development life cycle (SDLC), and exposure to real-world IT operations.
- Supports the creation and deployment of an AI-based solution designed to assist the IT Help Desk with password reset workflows.
- Assists in the development and implementation of standard work related to new processes and systems.
- Participates in team collaboration activities, requirement-gathering sessions, and technical planning meetings.
