The Arizona Department of Administration (ADOA) State Procurement Office (SPO) is seeking a qualified Procurement Analyst Statewide to serve in a key inter-agency service agreement (ISA) capacity dedicated to the Arizona Department of Public Safety (DPS). As the central procurement authority for the State of Arizona, SPO is responsible for the authorization, oversight, and management of contracting and purchasing activities across state government. Operating in close partnership with DPS, the individual in this role will serve as a primary Procurement Analyst tasked with developing and implementing high-impact sourcing solicitations aligned with broader SPO strategic goals. The position directly supports DPS alongside various other state agencies, taking ownership of high-value strategic contracts that typically average over $5 million annually.
