Enforces federal regulations for the construction of manufactured homes. Participates in periodic federal audits of Department performance under HUD’s Inspection Primary Inspection Agency (IPIA) program. This encompasses all ESEA Consolidated programs, including grants, programmatic leadership, compliance, training, and all other matters related to the agency’s implementation of Arizona’s Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA) state plan and other related and aligned state and local initiatives within Academic Achievement.
• This position will plan, organize, and lead in coordination with the Deputy Associate Superintendent, the unit’s vision and mission of ESEA Consolidated for the state of Arizona as it relates to specific program and fund functions. The position supervises team members facilitating Local Education Agency (LEA) portfolio management, multiple grant fund management, monitoring, program compliance, and overall program leadership.
• This position will have goals aligned with all other program areas and directors in Academic Achievement as well as within the agency, focusing on the effective and efficient work of their program domains. This leadership and grant program position will coach specialists, other agency staff, and Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to build capacity in building and maintaining effective ESEA Programs.
• This position will serve in leadership alongside other directors to manage and lead multiple programs across multiple grant funds at the service of the agency and Arizona school districts.
