This position will be responsible for health plan compliance reviews and activities, technical assistance provided to health plans and providers, and representing the Agency at various meetings, conferences, and events, as well as representing the MCH/EPSDT unit internally, along with, or in the absence of the manager. |

Performs, assists or reviews detailed investigative or inspection reports, statements of deficiencies, and correspondence regarding changes in the status of a licensee’s license, or other types of legal orders. |

Incumbent assures all work is in compliance with state and federal codes; performs all assigned tasks within the established guidelines and instructions, adheres to established safety rules/procedures, ensures work is compliant with all applicable safety codes. Incumbent will be required to take immediate action in emergency situations and is responsible for timely reporting on corrective action.
