The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation & Reentry (ADCRR) is seeking a team-oriented supervisor to fill the procurement manager position. This position ensures all agency internal procurement policies, forms, processes, programs, and procedures are standardized and adhere to the compliance best practices and statutory requirements of the Arizona Procurement Code and other applicable statutes. Plans, reviews, recommends, and directs ADCRR’s contracts for commodities and services programs, implements all purchasing and contract negotiations, and procurement activities prior to contract awarding. Is responsible for the quality and timeliness of purchasing activities. Completes data analysis, industry research/benchmarking, and performance metrics. Manages a team of professionals for completeness and accuracy. Develops administrative reporting. In addition, this role will be expected to contribute to all the strategic sourcing, compliance, and continuous process improvements. |
