| Under the direction of the HR Operations Manager this position will be responsible for providing subject matter expert for Classification and Compensation services to the agency. The position will handle all aspects of employee personnel and classification actions to ensure compliance with ADHS policies and federal and state regulations while providing instruction, guidance and excellent customer service to employees, managers, and human resources professionals. Functions including processing justifications to fill, conducting salary analysis, draft and/or review position descriptions and classification and compensation actions. Partnering with the agency Business Partner to ensure accuracy and timelessness of submissions as well as complex issues of confidential nature. Will also serve as a back up for the agency generalist. The position provides oversight of the Human Resources (HR) strategies, actions, activities and functions within multiple divisions.
