Come Join the DES Team! DES is seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Grants Manager for the Division of Financial Operations, Financial Services Administration. This position is responsible for the reconciliation projects for specific grants, fund sources, reports, charts of accounts, revenue, and other FSA-managed items. The Grants Manager will work closely with divisional support teams to develop project plans associated with each reconciliation activity; and develop templates, guidelines, and processes for grant management activities. This position identifies opportunities for administration-wide grant management improvement projects and activities, and takes the lead to implement such projects; assigns tasks associated with team-specific reconciliation projects to analysts, and manages the workflow of the project; provides regular status updates to the reconciliation team lead/manager and programmatic team lead/manager; and works with the programmatic assistant team.
