This position is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing all transactions related to fixed assets, including capital and non-capital. This includes the booking of agency assets, approval of transactions, disposal, reconciling of fixed assets, preparing financial reports, researching and identifying potential problem areas and problem-solving for resolutions, compiling complex data utilizing automated accounting and procurement systems, and identifying inconsistencies. The incumbent will also actively participate in the quarterly, annual, and periodic compliance checks of inventory and assets. |
