| This position reviews assigned international locate referrals from DCS Specialists, the Attorney General's Office and the Adoptions Team to conduct investigative international locate searches, using skip tracing techniques, of missing parents and/or legal guardians or relatives as potential placement resources for children in custody or children ready for adoption. This position works with foreign embassies and consulates to identify and navigate their laws, rules and codes to obtain vital records for foreign born and/or refugee children and parents.
This position may offer the ability to work remotely, within Arizona, based upon the department's business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. |

GRANTS PROJECT SPECIALIST

| Under general supervision, the Grants Project Specialist ensures compliance of federal and state statutes, laws, rules and regulations for grants management of Title IV-E sub-recipients and other identified grant sub-recipients. Responsible for managing grants in the computer software system. Adheres to the General Accounting Office’s (GAO) grants management standards. Works with relevant divisions within the Department for the submission of programmatic and financial reports. Maintains and prepares financial or project documents and collecting critical information needed to account for funding purposes. |
