| This position is responsible for reviewing submitted construction and installation plans for compliance with Statute, Rule, adopted codes and standards. This position may offer the ability to work remotely, in Arizona, to include in-office hoteling, based on the department’s business needs and continual meeting of expected performance measures. |

Maternal Child Health / EPSDT Supervisor

| Under the leadership of the Maternal Child Health/EPSDT Manager, this position will provide oversight and monitoring of policies, programs, and activities related to the areas of maternal health, preventive health, family planning, and Early and Periodic, Screening, Diagnostic, and Treatment programs (EPSDT), within the Division of Managed Care Services. This includes directly supervising a team of nurse coordinators, directing and delegating work to staff, training of new employees, conducting one on one and team meetings, and identifying and supporting staff and team goals and professional development. This position will be responsible for health plan compliance reviews and activities, technical assistance provided to health plans and providers, and representing the Agency at various meetings, conferences, and events, as well as representing the MCH/EPSDT unit internally, along with, or in the absence of the manager. |

CLIA LABORATORY COMPLIANCE OFFICER 2

| Performs work corresponding to the activities within the Laboratory Licensure and Certification Office. Assists or determines the issuing of licenses to laboratories (Clinical) by ensuring the minimum standards of proficiency, methodology, quality assurance, operation and safety. Conducts initial and periodic inspections of laboratories and facilities to determine compliance with the Federal Code of Regulations, state Statutes or Rules. Review of quality systems by tracking documents, corrective actions, and other quality data. Conducts investigations of the operation of a licensed laboratory upon receiving a complaint or of an unlicensed laboratory performing compliance testing.
This position is required to perform work at/attend meetings at alternate locations and/or travel (in and out of state) when necessary, possibly requiring a state, personal or rented vehicle.
Corresponds with the regulated lab community or with regulatory bodies, responds to technical questions from the laboratories, development of standards, rule making and laboratory inspections. Perform, assist or review detailed investigative or inspection reports, statements of deficiencies, and correspondence regarding changes in the status of a laboratory's certification, or other types of legal orders. |
