Job Summary:
Audio Visual Services student staff assist with the distribution of classroom equipment as requested by faculty. Provide support for scheduled programs offered by Conference and Event Services on-campus. Operate and tear down various equipment such as Audio Visual (AV) and Videoconference (VTC) (e.g., video data projection systems, computers, videoconference equipment, microphones, video cameras, audio systems and integrated AV systems). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. Assist DMAC students and faculty in checking out Video, Audio equipment and labs. Process requests for equipment. Deliver and pick-up equipment on-campus. May perform other clerical duties as assigned; experience with MS office suite is needed. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. and push up to 105 lbs.

Requirements for LCC Student Employment:
The primary purpose of student employment is to provide current LCC students the opportunity to acquire job skills and experiences during semesters in which they are attending classes as follows: • Enrolled and actively attending the following total LCC credit hours by semester: - Fall and/or Spring Semester(s) = 6.0 credits minimum (taken over 16-week period) - Summer Semester = 3.0 credits minimum (taken over 8-week period) • 2.00 GPA minimum (unless it is the student's first semester of enrollment at LCC or approval to waive requirement is granted from the Student Employment Coordinator)
Note: International students (i.e. F-1 visa holders w/ valid I-20 issued by LCC) must meet the following minimum enrollment requirements each semester, in order to maintain employment eligibility per United States Citizenship & Immigration Services (USICS): - Fall and/or Spring Semester(s) = 12.0 credits min. (taken over 16-week period) - Summer Semester = 3.0 credits min. (taken over 8-week period)

Preferred Qualifications:
• Prerequisite courses may be required (DMAC120 / DMAC130) • AVID Media Composer • AVID ProTools experience desired
